01Data controller

The data controller is Astolf Networks. For any privacy request write to info@astolf.network.

02What data we process

Account data: company name, email address, password (stored only as an irreversible hash), language and preferences.

Usage data: the tests you run, destination numbers chosen from our pool, message texts and senders you set, results, API requests.

Security data: login times and IP addresses, failed attempts, the activity log of your account.

Payment data: top-up requests and invoices. We do not store card numbers.

03Why and on what legal basis

To provide the service you signed up for (contract); to keep the service and your account secure and prevent abuse (legitimate interest); to meet accounting and legal obligations (legal obligation).

04How long we keep it

Account data as long as the account is active and afterwards for the time required by law. The activity log is kept for one year. Test results are kept so you can consult them; message texts are hidden from lists after a few days.

05Who receives it

Technical providers that help us run the service (hosting, email delivery) and the telecom networks and routes needed to deliver the test messages, only for what is strictly necessary. We never sell personal data.

06Transfers outside the EU

If a provider processes data outside the European Union we use the safeguards required by the GDPR (adequacy decisions or standard contractual clauses).

07Your rights

You can ask to access, correct or delete your data, restrict or object to processing, and receive your data in a portable format. You can also lodge a complaint with the Italian Data Protection Authority (Garante per la protezione dei dati personali).

08Security

Encrypted connections, hashed passwords, encrypted third-party credentials, access limits and an activity log of every login and change.

09Cookies

We only use technical cookies needed for the service: session, language and theme. No advertising or profiling cookies.
