01Who we are

QuackSend is a service provided by Astolf Networks (“we”). Contact: info@astolf.network.

02The service

QuackSend sends test messages to real phone numbers in several countries and reports whether they arrived, the delay, the sender and the text as received by the handset, and the delivery report of the route.

Results depend on third-party networks and routes outside our control: they describe what happened in each test and are not a guarantee about future traffic.

03Your account

You must give true information and keep your credentials safe. Everything done with your account, your team members and your API key is your responsibility.

The account holder can invite colleagues and choose their role; they share the account credits and data.

04Credits and payments

Tests use prepaid credits according to the price list shown in the tool. Credits are not refundable unless the law requires it.

Top-ups are confirmed once payment is received; we issue an invoice or receipt for every payment.

05Acceptable use

The service is for testing only. You may not use it to send marketing, unsolicited or unlawful content, phishing, or messages that impersonate third parties without authorisation.

You are responsible for the content of your test messages and for having the right to use sender IDs and brands in them. We may block tests that break these rules.

06Test data

We keep test results so you can consult them; message texts are shown in lists only for a limited number of days and remain available on request in the test detail.

You can export your data at any time (CSV, reports, API).

07API

API access uses a personal key with per-minute limits. Do not share it; you can generate a new one at any time.

08Availability and liability

We work to keep the service available and correct, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted operation. Scheduled maintenance is announced when possible.

To the extent permitted by law, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid in the twelve months before the event.

09Suspension and termination

You may close your account at any time. We may suspend accounts that break these terms or that endanger the service or third parties.

10Changes

We may update these terms; the version in force is shown on this page (version 2026-10). Significant changes are communicated in advance.

11Law and jurisdiction

These terms are governed by Italian law. Any dispute is subject to the courts of the provider's registered office, without prejudice to mandatory consumer rules where applicable.
